Title: Trainer: Brewer is now 4 months into his diet

If you watch this MDTV video(http://mdtv.musculardevelopment.com/...view/1203/173/) His coach states that he will start dieting at 25WEEKS OUT! He has been dieting for 16WEEKS already!
