Any OTC supps or any leagal supps to up-regulate beta 2 receptors? basically is there an OTC version of ketotifen?

wouldnt you want an atagonist to up regulate the receptors? ketotifen is a h1 antagonist/mast cell stabilizer which basically prevents degranulation.
