Sadly, in offices where I've worked, the term "cow" isn't much of an exxageration, as the women don't quite have the same commitment to the fitness lifestyle as a Rip or a Laura Lee.

Enough with the cow thing. (Sorry, Laura Lee.) Like any business, my business exists to make money and to provide good service to the customers, not to provide eye candy to the guys or girls that work in it.
The worst secretary I've had at my current job was young, fit, and gorgeous. All she ever wanted was to get out of a secretarial position and move into management, which she eventually did. I don't blame her for trying, but in the meanwhile, she begrudged me and my company every bit of secretarial work that she did.
The best secretary I've had at my current job is old, and while she's not unattractive, she would never be mistaken for a competitive athlete. She loves her work and it shows.

Actually OS, I get a very nice bonus each year (March) and they are quite generous :). Not to mention they do nice things throughout the year for me as well. Administrative Professional's Day is just a designated calendar day. All my bosses (I work for 2 VPs) are wonderful people who are a pleasure to work for/with and appreciate everything I do for them. They acknowledge my hard work and compensate me very well. :D
