1) at 16 years old.....155 pounds
2) at 21 years old.....172 pounds
3) at 22 years old.....186 pounds
4) at 22 years old.....Mid 190's
and that is all I have to say to that.... :)

Haha...yeah...I like that assessment. The best was I could look decent out of clothes, bb wise...and look passable as a non-freak in clothes.

My gal and I stayed on Coronado Island in a first rate hotel that was about 20 minutes away...helped make it a fun, all-around trip. Hung out in San Diego at night...really cool town.

Yup....thats a lot better than where Zane lives. The only thing i like around where he lives is Lake Murray. Used to take our dog on walks there. I think Frank goes there in the morning. There's this crazy looking older "leather Lady" with plat. hair as i call her that roller blades there all the time.

She looks good, older. Same Christine. She has let her hair go very long and gray...probably look better if she cut it, IMO.
Frank is still fastidious with the diet but likely takes much less in the vitamin area...although he does still supplement for digestion and to maintain muscularity...does a lot with natural growth hormone releasers and such.

L-Glutamine for nat GH release, and also melatonin which helps him get to REM which is when the body releases GH.
Yes, he still sells the mind machine, does mantras and affirnations, music...ties it all into training and when you do the Zane experience he even plays some songs for you and sings.
He showed me his Universe trophies and even some 'schedules' (the originals) he wrote for Arnold when he first came here.
He uses the Zane leg blaster...which really saves the back while using it to work thighs.
Interestingly, he was stronger than Arnie in squatting and that always pissed Arnold off

Personally, i always felt that Frank and Dave Draper had a lot more going for them than Arnold. I just think that they didn't want it as much as he did, that's all.
Arnold just seemed to be so driven, like he had the fear of God put into him....maybe by his father, i don't know.
I always viewed Frank and Dave not only to be superior bodybuiders but just overall better human beings.

Its true that Joe Weider wanted to use Draper as the 'Arnold' of the day, but Draper was not motivated to be that as Arnold was.
And, Frank himself told me that Betty Weider liked him so much and that is why Weider used him in the ads and mags. Weider always wanted Frank bigger, bigger,and bigger...but he did the best he could. Betty really pushed for him.
Well, can't deny his success...but I always thought Arnold to be a tool.
