I am about to start my first ever cycle. I am 27. 6'1". 210lbs. About 20% body fat. I used to be very active in sports and weight lifting, then I tore my ACL,MCL and most of my miniscus in my knees. It has been about 2 years since my accident and I am ready to get back in it. My friend is hooking me up with some Test. to give me a jump start. He says that I should take 250mg's/week. It will be a 10 week cycle and he says that I should expect to see about 10 to 20 lbs. of lean muscle in that time. I am just wondering what you guys think about all of this. I have heard so many different things and my brother really liked this site before he went to Iraq and he said that you all would give me the scoop. Thanks

Dude, if you are just going back to the gym after those injuries and been inactive for 2 years, dont jump right into a test cycle.
Maybe you should get to the gym consistently, get all your meals and supplements in before diving into gear. Save the test and get some deca to compliment after you have built up some stamina in the gym. You got some rust to knock off bro.. :-\

I agree with busyB, unless you've already been spending time in the gym for the past year, save the cycle until you can fully take advantage of it.

Agreed.

yeah bro put some time in the gym then run the cycle. I don't think you need to train for a year before starting, but as said above knock the rust off. Get your strength up naturally, or you'll risk injury and you'll be to sore to train!

you probably need to re-create your mind muscle connection.
