Isopure is good stuff... Way expensive, but if that's what it takes, that's what it takes.

isopure is too damn expensive, is papaya enzymes the only one i can get
papaya is dirt cheap...just give it a try...or try more expensive digestive enzymes with ur shake..ur call

Try probiotic yogurt, this helps. Also after blending make sure to let the protein sit for about 5 min. with no cap. Another thing that can help is to drink it slower, and dilute it with more water.

How much protein you using per shake (30 g, 40 g)? What brand?
Mixing with milk (skim, 2%, etc) or water?
You might be taking in too much per serving and not digesting it. No enzyme will help that....
Or you might just be using a cheap ass protein that will tear you up regardless of dose. If you are at all sensitive to lactose (milk sugar) you need to stick with a whey Isolate. :-\

gas-x may help! ;D

i would add solid protein into the meals where your taking shakes, changed the bananas into apples (expect for breakfasst) and change tuna+rice into a pro/fat meal (last meal before bed)
just my 2 cents..
