Anyone use these cheap products usually found at walmart or target before. Semms to me to be very grainy and doesnt mix very well.

Stay away from them if I were you. I once tried their protein that was on offer, and I could swear that I lost weight!

to be honest with you, from all the reviews ive heard about body fortress...i think they spike it with some kind or pro-steroid.   guys get very greasy skin, get acne, and they grow tooo quickly for normal.... just what ive heard.

The stuff's ok in a pinch (traveling, need to pick up some convenient protein).  The cheapness comes out in the taste, but it is economical.

pro-steriod? If they are making such a cheap product, why go through the trouble of adding pro-steroidal compounds? That was a joke....right?

you get what you pay for. never had their protein, but I would recommend the creatine if you are trying to pinch some pennies. big tub for 15 bucks or so
