Seriously. For thickness and width t-bar rows are king... flame on...
BTW i'm not talking about the ones with the fuckin pad, i mean the olympic bar in the corner.

I agree 100%. You can work the negatives and contract way harder with these and move just as much weight.

I agree, the t-bar row is my favourite back excercise. Actually, I do the style where you put the barbell inte corner of a room, BUT, at the free end, slip an ez bar through a v-bar and row that way. You get a wider grip that has done wonders for my back over the last 5 or so months.

Yeah i basically put one end of the olympic bar in the corner, and use one of those narrow handles to row with.
