Ruined a great physique doing that , sad.
I saw him in person , back a few years ago, a foot from his arms and delts and he had oil in there , and it was pretty obvious.
Ya know I had a lot of respect for Nasser as a pro bodybuilder until the past recent years.

 Maybe he incorporated supersets of Bent Over Rear Laterals with Machine Rear Laterals.  :-\
