lol i know his right arms looks wierd and the quads are ridiculous, but ive seen this pic floatin around for awhile. ive never seen the original

definately altered. i do have the orig. at my other house. when i head out there i'll try to round it up.

Not altered at all. I know that dude. We called him squat rack Sam. He would do 30 sets of squats, strip off some plates and immediately do 20 sets of curls.

All he ever did.

totally off topic here. what are the star breakdowns? obviously 0 -100 = 1, what then?

not only chopped but chopped to almost twice the normal size, Mendenhall was awesome though.
