hi all,
i have been training for a while now. I have been totally natural since then. i have a few questions.
1) i lift around 100kgs for 8 reps on bench. and around 80kgs for 8 reps on incline. altho my chest is well developed , but there is not much improvment on my upper chest.... its just plain , the line is just visible till the middle of the chest. what shall i do to make the line clear all the way till the top?
2) how shall i get the vein on my bicep? i have tried heavy weight ( 50kgs rod x 8 reps) and also lightweight ( 20kgs rod x 25 reps) but still the vein doesnt pop out.......
3) just recently i have taken my first ever supplement. its from ABB Pure Pro WHEY PROTEIN. so am i now not a natural?? or am i still considered natural?
4) just about how much of this shall i be taking to gain muscle? (it says 20g each scoop and i am 75kgs)
5) my friend gave me some left over of his DYMATIZE SWP (chocolate), for some reason , my supplement actually tastes very very bitter (stawberry and banana mix flavour) .... is it spoilt ?

1) Just give it time-Rome wasn't built in a day.Maybe throw some inclined dumbell presses or flys in for some variety.
2) Vascularity will come with low bodyfat-diet/cardio?
3) You are still natural until you go down the banned substances route(see WADA website for IOC list)
4) I would aim for 150-200 g of protein a day.This includes what you get in solid food.Maybe have a scoop of whey with your breakfast and 1.5 scoops with some simple carbs post workout.
5) Probably not....does it have a use by date?
