Title: Phoenix UFOs were hoax

Straw Man or somebody started a thread about it. Pretty sure I read something last week about how they were a hoax

they were claimed to be a hoax ~ 1 day after they were "news"

well it was one man who supposedly claimed he was the perpetrator of the hoax but I don't know if it's true or not.

seems like tying road flares to balloons and setting them aloft should be a violation of some law or fire code so why hasn't this person been arrested.
