you have to discount competitors, pros, etc. kiwi back when he was at his biggest was pretty impressive, and i'd say man of steel is probably the out-and-out biggest getbigger period. i also seem to remember Bossa being one hell of a monster, but he always covered up his face so maybe he competed regularly.

If we are talking about 'swole' then I would say Squad. He is the very definition of swole with giant arms, thick bull neck and giant shoulders.
In terms of swole he is my pick.
People like daddywaddy are not 'swole'. You don't even understand the term. you may like his body but it is the antithesis of swole.

Pretty strong at most of them actually. I had a little bit of problems with my lower back so I havent pulled really heavy deads for a while though. Im all good now.

wisconsin, i assume that's where you are from. a good friend of mine is from there. Steve Disalvo. he actually trained with the KAZ back when they could only bench 450lbs. each. ever heard of him? he wrestled for years, even a stint in the wwf as "strangler" steve disalvo.

Leg extensions, leg press and smith squats....2-3 sets each, 15-30 reps. The leg sweep is all genetics.

I would say the best Getbigger in terms of size and conditioning combined is probably Hazbin.

hey, thanx everyone.
luckily i was always able to get rid of 20-25lbs. of muscle in the last 2 days before a show. it's alot easier decorating the curtains at the back of the stage than for those poor buggers who have to stand up front posing under those hot lights.
