Jeff Long, the man that Steve Blechman describes as "Jay Cutler Jr. with Paul Demayo calves", has officially penned an exclusive contract with Team Muscular Development. On June 14th of this year, the 24-year old New Jersey native will be entering the much anticipated NPC Jr. Nationals which will also feature rising star, 2006 NPC Excalibur overall champ, Trey "The Phenom" Brewer. This onstage battle should help infuse new interest into the sport of bodybuilding and help to usher in a new era of young upcoming champions. What's even more interesting is that both men will also be entering this year's USA Championships in Las Vegas, NV on July 28th and 29th in hopes of earning their IFBB Pro cards. Only time will tell if this "clash of titans" will prove to be the epic battle it's lining up to be on paper. Either way, the anticipation is worth the price of admission!
At only 5' 6" tall, Jeff has weighed as much as 285lbs in the offseason and he's packing a freakish-looking 245 in these 9-week out photos. When asked what he'll weigh onstage, Jeff answers very matter-of-factl: "I'm not worrying about the scale. I just want to be as ripped as possible."
These very wise words from such a young competitor may prove to be the key to bringing home that ever elusive IFBB Pro card come July. Whatever the case, Team MD will be their supporting the newest member of their ever-expanding extended family.

I like PBW, and I do like MD's radio show, but it is a little too on the fly for my liking. I would prefer a little more structure, but you can't deny Dave knows bodybuilding very well. He is one of the smarter people in the industry as far as knowledge is concerned.

This kid is the acception. Iv seen him natural at 20yrs old thicker than most of us will ever be. Kid just carries an insane amount of muscle. Look at his friggen calves! He couldnt touch 160 if he tried with everything he had..

he's big, yes but he's not detailed, his proportions suck and he is all oiled up in the arms and delts. I haven't seen him do it but i bet he can't pose for shit.
bodybuilding is about more than just being "big", it's about having the whole package like shawn ray did or lee labrada, not just looking like 10lbs of shit stuck in a 5lbs bag.

Could be. I've never seen him. I was trying to illustrate that on the MD videos, that a strong, reckless, unbalanced guy who is huge will be more impressive to kids than a smaller, highly balanced guy using responsible weights.
Most of us would still rather see Ronnie training than Cutler, even though ron's retired and cutler is Mr O.

I guess it depends how you define a "two-faced dick". I use the term to describe someone who hangs out with you pretending to be friends, while texting smack talk to a "special internet friend" you've never met to "create Getbig drama" and who then turns around the following night begging you to hang out again, while still badmouthing everyone. I do recall all 3 of us told you to your face that you were being an ass on saturday.... remember you made fun of big PEGG with all his samples? Then made fun of us for catching the night show. I really wanted to help promote the show but you sided us for some reason (oh well).... we then tried to pull you out of your suburbia refuge that night so you could enjoy yourself... ;D
again rip & the rest of us had a blast on saturday and still talk to each other quite frequently so I guess I ain't the two face afterall... :-* Like I said, if you got beef, you can allways pick up and call... ;D Got more pics and videos?
