WEll I guess it depends what you are looking for. I read sherdog alot but there are a lot of immature wanna be posters over there. This place is not too bad but obviously the website is more geared towards bodybuilding then MMA.

Are you looking for a message board type site or just someplace you can get up to date information?

www.mixedmartialarts.com .

The UG is the underground.  Many a pro fighter posts there.  Joe Rogan, even Dana White himself.  FUTA1, Matt Hughes, Croatian (Pat Millitech), etc...

See the above link, go to the forums.  The UG is the informational side, the OG is the BS side.  There is training forums (Jits, striking, strength and conditioning, etc).  Lots of pros post there as well as Joe Rogan, Dana White, etc....  This is the website all the pros cite when they say folks are talking crap on the internet.

Long story - but I need to learn about this fighting stuff.

I need to write on it hence why.

I know I can google, but thought maybe a personal recomendation might help

Can anyone recomend a website for a total noob? I mean, I just know it's fighting, I could not name one person or anything

Any www.mmafordummies.com type site around?
