yeah i got it. very cool. explains things very well, easy info to pass down also. makes job as a trainer (if you are one) a bit easier

I received one of the instructional Dvd's from bodybuilding.com with Chick in it and I thought it was pretty good.  There was a lot of stuff in it that I still use today.
