I have no idea what happend to it.
Probably pissed it out.
4500/5000kcal all week this week, I should only need 1900kcal to keep my weight, If I donīt gain anything this week, im seriously gonna start a 10g ED cycle ;D

Just seemed fuller then back to normal the day after..

Its very obvious that is water retention.
If you look full ,maybe inside of muscle. but i bet you also outside of your muscle that you smoothed out too.
Maybe you ate a lot of carbs with salt.
Then after you ate something which cause diuretic effect.
Important thing is not weight. If you look full and lose weight,you are better actually.
