thanks bro ive had to learn how to lose fat without becoming cold

the only way is with enough cholesterol in teh diet/or eat grains ect but i get acne from grains and sweets

so the solution is cholesterol

and different fruits for energy

like a half of a bananna means i have to do 50 pushups for fatloss

banana is one of the few fruitas you probably shouldnt eat on a high fat/ high cholestrol diet waddy. i am pretty sure banana is 50/50-glucose/fructose..   most fruits are pretty much entireyl fruictose. you dont want to spike insulin when on a high hard fat diet bro. for one, stores fat, for two, you wotn get those cholestrol benefits.    stickt ot FRUCTOSE, cuz it lowers insulin and goes straight to the liver, which preserves your glycogen..thus keeping protein synthesis elevated !!

 ;)

Dude, with all the respect in the world, you DO realize that you are suffering from a severe eating disorder: ANOREXIA NERVOSA, combined with OCD. Good luck!!  ;D

Obssesion is another form of control your ego uses to control your being.  Let go and learn to be in the now, forget the past, forget the future, they don't exist, the only true existence is the now.

Oh, and up the dose already.

I used to buy into this simple carb structire thing, but iver the years I have noticed somehing. The variety in way every idividual deals with carbs is soooooooo unique, it is hard to give any 100% rules. the best idea is to consider all reasonable opinion, such as yours in the last post and see what works best for YOUR body.
trial and error is the best teacher and has few shortcuts.

my ego is so low ill make a mockery of myself on a daily basis just like i would about any human being that is not ripped to shreds, i am not ripped to shreds therefore i think my physical self is pathetic, i do see it as possible to improve a great deal upon it

You're misunderstanding when I'm talking about ego.  I'm not talking about that at all.  Your ego is your mind.  Listen to some Tool or check out Eckhart Tolle and what he has to say about the mind and ego.

DW eat some more, doesn't look like you'll ever be fat. And get a tan, that'll make you look a lot healthier!

It's the chest and legs that will present challenges in returning to the falcons enclave for the getbig 3.
