Lets say were finally at the day of the show,  8)

Whats best to eat for breakfast, before pumping, during pumping up?

Lets hear some tips, from pros too (if any).

I heard food with lots of cholesterol and salty ones are good....for breakfast but dont know exactly...

I know it all boils down to how you look that morning.
I think the safest route is to not change the diet so drastically, especially if you are looking great already.


As for backstage, its trial and error. Some people do really well on fats and some on sugars and some both.

My husband said Potato Chips worked great for him backstage.

Other choices - Rice Cakes with pb, rice cakes with jelly, almonds, plain organic PB alone, jelly beans , ...

What to eat really depends on your conditioning, sub cont. water, muscle fullness, etc...

If you are flat, eat salty shit like an Egg McMuffin. If you are real watery, try some dry carbs like rice cakes and dry fruit.

All that said, IF you did your homework and are spot on, just be careful not to blow it last minute by doing something drastic....
oh, and try to relax and have fun ;)
