I'm hot all the time - especially when training but even when I'm not. When I'm at home I have to have all the windows open and when I'm asleep I have the same. I have the air-con in my car on all the time, even when it's raining outside. When I'm in the gym it's almost unbearable and is stopping me from increasing intensity in my workouts. It's really pissing me off.
Is this a metabolism thing and can it be rectified? Or is it a cardiovascular problem? (I very rarely do cardio). I'm trying to gain weight at the moment and currently at 230lbs at 5'10. Not carrying much fat so I know it's not an obesity thing.
Any suggestions?

i get this way when i'm carbing up for awhile.... it's just your body's metabolism trying to burn calories..

Try more cardio + do the stairtest ... if you're huff-puff after 20-40 than you've got AstronautsEnduranceSyndr ome.

How long have you been on DNP?

Metabolism but also 5'10" 230 is asking for overheating, get more athletic '& lighter with regular cardio if this is an issue.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't normally mind the hot weather if I wasn't doing anything but it sucks going to work and then training and having to put up with the heat. It's been cold showers for me the last few days.

I don't mind being hot in the day but hot when I'm trying to sleep if the most annoying thing there is. I used to live in the tropics and at least over there everything is set up/built to cool you down. ie. fans, airconditioning etc. But here in Europe things are buillt to keep you warm. >:( >:( >:(
