I think Jorge is a really down to earth person and has a realistic perspective of the bodybuilding industry.
What do you think the future of supplements will be now that the price of raws has gone up?

6 meals per day every 3 hours is what i used to do when i was younger and we had no shakes at all back then.. It was tuna and rice 6 times per day 7 days a week..
As far as water goes i was never really a fan of it.. All i drank was diet sodas and crystal light when i was dieting..
