Actually when Craig dials it in look great. He looked best when he was a NPC competitor...he weighed about 175, minus the gyno :-\

he must eat a lot of eat expensive meat

contest food don't cost much

lean meat, rice, chicken, some egg whites

it cost me about 100$ a week

I assumed he meant either off-season, or just speaking for an average for a year ($200 per week X52 weeks in a year = $10,400 per year, or close to it).

How much do you spend on a bulking diet?

Me too, I don't know, maybe the cost of competing took it's toll. Well, I think he's a Jersey Native, but I think he had more guts than his fellow NYC crony Rob "I-can't-get-my-pro-card-but-King Kamali-did" Lopez.

I can't really count how much I spend on a bulking diet because I eat most of my meal in restaurants off-season !

I'll change that this year because all my $$$ goes in restaurants ;D
