Since i have been single its been a blast every weekend. I mean I do live in NYC so i have the potential to have a good weekend every week but when i was with 'wifey' doing things around the city was just boring, now who knows what happens ? I traded in mandatory breakfast with wifey(runs about 20bucks) into blunt sessions with my boys and card games .....drinking on the street then going to a bar ...from staying sober so i can drive wifey and freinds to and from club ....Wearing sneakers every place i go from ...wear your nice shoes to the restaurant..the hell with that...Truth be told i have to turn down some good women here and there just cause id rather watch The Office or the Real World....and i dont feel guilty, like what do i owe some female im tryin to dig out. ahhhhhh thank God.... my new lady is out of this world hahaha...ok thats all i have to say.

The chick had your balls. You don't know when and where to "wear" your sneakers, or that you preferred wear Nikes to wearing Kenneth Coles. That's understandable.
Nothing to discuss. And stop using the term "wifey" for your girl, it makes you sound like you are trying to be cool. Because if you use the term "wifey", you would also be "wife-ing her up", which it sounds like you weren't .

All jokes aside, I think we all make mistakes when choosing a mate especially when we have to change.
My story:
I love riding bikes my ex hated bikes
I love camping and outdoorsy stuff, the ex hated it
I love animals, my ex hated animals
I wanted a farm, she wanted the concrete jungle
I came from a very hospitable family my ex's family would probably charge you for a room if you visited them.
How in the hell did we hook up in the first place? We were both enamored by each other and nothing else mattered.
My new lady loves all those things I mentioned we are perfect for each other but then again we are both older and wiser so we avoid spending what little time and energy we have on argueing about nothing.
Sounds like you found the right one for you congrats and hope it works out for the best.
