Lunch will be turkey, mustard, lettuce on ezekiel bread with perhaps rice or fruit-I gotta start laying off the soda...my major vice and I am drinking too little water because of it.
However...I was reading a post by Jorge Betancourt...and he was saying he drank little water and preferred diet soda and crystal lite
Does this cast doubt on all of these galoots who carry water jugs everywhere?

Actually I don't. I train, but not the usual bodybuilding stuff. I have too many injuries I have to rehab from training heavy for that show. Right now my training is almost all functional and alot of medicine ball training and plyos.
