I have not been well the past couple of days and not trained since thursday. I am taking a break from doing some uni work at the minute. went to kitchen to get some jaffa cakes. some fucker ate them all. 24 fucking jaffa cakes.
then i realised what shit i ate today. not pretty reading. what did you guys have. Oh yea i only got up at half 3 so 10hours ago
2 huge bowls of honey nut cheerios
bread.
galaxy bar of chocolate
whole deep pan meatfeast pizza
750ml coke
coffee
2 huge packets of onion rings
4 candy bars (sweets not chocolate)
bar of chocolate
coffee
more coke
now half a packet of biscuits
what a load of shite

oh and some fruit juice and
some irish wheaten bread with blackcurrant jam and
cups of tea

your a big guy and good shape but what you ate is all the exact wrong things, i hope you video taped yourself chowing down to help reflect later on , how good it tasted and if the fat gain was worth it :)

I passed on brownies today. A whole delicious pan sitting on the stove just begging to be eaten.

Similar to the sort of garbage i'm eating. At least 3 litres of full fat milk spread throughout the day, Maybe one meat and Veg meal per day. Horrible diet. Every few hours its 1-2 pints of full fat milk and some simple carbs "chocolate, biscuits" etc. Recipe for fat gain.

one thing i dont care about is diet.
ill eat a bit better over time and i have improved tho it is hard espec time i work days etc

I can only think that your looking for gay relations outside of your marriage with your constant dieting and posting of hulking men in thier underwear .
You have a job that does not rely on looks and you are married to a women that was happy with your looks as is .There is no other reason on earth for you to have this crazy obsession of being a lean 200 lbs other then your lust for men!
You have about 40 to 50 yrs left till your a pile of dust and your depriving yourself of something you enjoy so you can be 200 lbs and accomplish what exactly?

thats not 'that bad' i mean theres a few treats in there but other than that.. unless you're trying to keep the bodyfat at 5% then it doesnt seem bad to me!

What I ate today: 1 gallon of butter, 1 gallon maple syrup, 1 gallon red bull, 1/2 pancake.
