Wow, he looks quite different from when he first hit the scene in the early 2000's. I just was reading an old FLEX that had Paco, Jaroslav Horvath and a few other guys from that part of the world in it. Paco was a huge FREAK. Now he looks like he's losing something or other....receptors or just not able to train like he used to.
Different guy, and still looks like an amalgamation of body parts from different people. Conditioning is always spot on though.

Looks like he dieted his ass off.
Probably overdid it a bit and lost some of his usual mass.
Plus he's getting older; but it doesn't look like there's an once
of fat on him.

Yesterday, He told me that he didnt carb load in NY.

He told me that he will be in Houston more than 8lbs heavier with same condition as NY.

heīs known for having brutal legs and good arms. The rest ("sorry") isnīt even top amateur level. looks like if his Body was made of 4-5 different persons. Weakest point = Back
