I have a female friend. 53 yrs. old, always been in great shape, 5'7" about 130. Great body. She has worked out in the past for about 4 years faithfully, very dedicated, she looked really good, she had some size to her and she liked it. She's been out of the gym for a year, she wants to do a little jump start for about 4 weeks. What would be the best thing for her? I've got her on a good diet, supplaments, and we are working out 5 to 6 days a week.

We kind of have a little rule here about not flaming people for asking about womens cycles. That being said, if she has been out of the gym for that long I think she should concentrate on diet and training for the time being. I think this would be more beneficial than anything as far as a jump start goes. She could possibly do more harm than good starting with hormones too soon. When she is ready if she still feels the need to use hormones a little anavar probably not hurt. Be aware that hormones could possibly come with some unwanted sides in females. I don't know a lot about females using hormones, but there are some people on this board that do.

I think the best thing would be for her to research the subject herself, talk to female juicers, etc., if she really wants to get on drugs. Of course, seems like most females start out by having a boyfriend who "put" her on a cycle, sometimes with disastrous results. They don't always know what they are getting into.

This is very good advice. As I stated above hormone use in females often come with unwanted sides.
