Hard to say if that is pic is NOT altered, who knows. I have seen Dexter a number of times over the yeares, and never, ever did notice any oil in any part

That is not synthol, that is Milo's natural arm peak ::)

Milos was pretty open later in life that he had used it.
In fact he nearly died from it when an oil injection went into a major vein in his arm.
He still had one of the great classic builds IMO

Dexter's calves were really "done up" that year (at the Olympia) . They didn't move.

one of the worst synthol users has always been levrone. I never understand why people pick on Nasser when he actually use less (and not synthol) then Levrone. People seem to let Levrone off even though his delts were shot full of oil and the guy had shitty legs.

Take a look at Dex's calves when he turned pro at the NA and at his debut at the ASC. His calves were enhanced. That is a legit pic. I saw him at the Arnold in 1999 and I was shocked at how big his calves got. Its all good.
