Supinated, Pronated and hammergrip with V-bar.
Ample stretches.

I have a really stubborn spare tire. It gets upset when I dont feed it a steady stream of landshark beer and taco bell.
It hasnt been responding well to boiled chicken breast and green beans. Any pro-tips from some of you members with 37 post per day averages and god-like physiques (and no jobs)?

Dont do regular reps.
For ex,when you do curl,Squeez at the top 5 seconds and dont let the bar or dumbell down until you feel burn.

thanks for the tips sofar, maybe the problem is that i dont have a vast routine, almost every training i do different things for them, reps, excercises.
