IM curious if anyone on the boards know the brand of licorice michal lockett eats for his diet?  He is pretty ripped for eating one fast food/day and the rest pop and licorice.

It can lower the amount of serum testosterone,[8] but whether it affects the amount of free testosterone is unclear. Large doses of glycyrrhizinic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in liquorice extract can lead to hypokalemia and serious increases in blood pressure, a syndrome known as apparent mineralocorticoid excess.

braise the vegetable anise.  it's the root vegetable of licorice.  all natural and a basic in european cusine

My favourite is what's his name ? NYC BULL ? OR SOMEONE LIKE THAT WHO SELLS supps and testified he didn't see him eat anything throughout the day  ::)

Of course he didn't eat, since it was a g4p session, and too much money to allow him to eat. It was only one day anyhow, not like he followed Lockett around the entire week where he was loading up on food the other days.

because each one might be different in sugars, protein, etc...just curious so I can try it out myself....
