Time Out? Who? Why? Where? Alex23 will be at the NPC California show, and for you guys, you should all go to the show. There is an IFBB Figure show also, with at least 26 of the most beautiful girls competing. And of course, Krissy Chin and Mary Jo Cooke will be there, among others.

This is a great idea. All of you should come and support the NPC show out here in Culver City. It is going to be a great show, with Lonnie Teper as the emcee, and Bob Cicherillo around, along with Shawn Ray, and more. Also, BSN and ARLI, among many others will have booths there.

For those who have not been to the Firehouse, it is walking distance (about a block from Gold's Venice), and very close to Dave Bourlet's Max Muscle of Venice.

*Mens Hvyweight class was strong
