Title: Why did Bush appease North korea?

Appease: To GIVE enemy something to get them to stop behavior.


Bush, 2002:  said NK is a terrorist state.

NK, 2005: Set off a nuke.  Said they would destroy us.
NK, 2006: Fired missiles at hawaii on july 4th.

Bush, 2007:  Gave NK a ton of oil to stop firing missiles at us.

Bush, 2008:  Negotiating with N Korea this week actually.
