He is guest posing here at an NPC show in 6 weeks.
Will be 4 weeks or so (?) out from the Europa which I heard he was doing.....will see if that diet is working in person ;)
-
a cutting diet?
3500 calories
250g carbs
500g protein
50g fat

he has alot of lean body mass, and all the test,T3, clen that he's taking, those will burn 3000 just by themselves.... 3500 calorie is a well cutting number for these pros
-
even without t3 or clen i think hed be shaping up on that strict diet with training and cardio... he has a shit load of muscle thats like a non stop nutrient vaccum...and off season dudes used to eatign at buffets and fast food and ice crea and shit

Only?! I don't even eat that much... It is quite a lot for a natural weighing under 200lbs
I only eat around 180g a day now, sometimes up to 200-230g at the very most.

honesty try eating 2 grams per pound of body weight dude. natural or not youll see a big difference. if you just eat 2-3 chicken breasts every 2.5-3.5 hours youll be good
-
IMO you dont need 2g per pound of bodyweight. Maybe 1.5g while cutting.

you gotta feel sick though after awhile.........
-

I would say the 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight is far more beneficial for me than 1.5g. I can do 1.5 easily and all it does for me is maintain what I've already got. 2g per pound starts to add mass and I can see an obvious difference.

Interesting! Is this juiced or natural?
Eating 2-3 chicken breasts a day must be expensive in the long run

lol. 2-3 chicken breasts every three hours or so dude. not just 2-3 chicken breastst total.
yup i agree with big j completely, the higher i go the better i look.
-
do you mean you eat 2-3 chicken breast in one sitting and do that 6 times a day? That would be 12 chicken breast or more a day...
-
yeah forsho. sometimes i will substitute other protein sources. chicken gets old. but its one of the cheapest. someitmes 1 lb ground beef. sometimes some tuna. but mostly chicken.
-
what?! chicken breast are cheap? hmmm that's new...
-
hth.
-
see at that point if i were consuming 2 grams per pound i would have to supplement with shakes for the amount because that food bill if eating 2-3 breasts 3 times a day is about 13 dollars a day in just chicken (which is not that cheap)....but as he has admitted to before that candid lives at home with his parents and doesnt have to worry about the food bill, and the supplement bill..

there is also tuna which is even cheaper... and chicken is not that expensive.. are you buying organic or what?
-
yes i must admit i dont pay for my food, but there are cheap ways of doing it. costo sells 10 lb bags of chicken. most grocery stores sell 1 dollar 1 lb tubes of ground turkey.. and yeah tuna is only like 50 cents
-
Don't forget that if you rinse your ground beef with HOT water (at least 150 degrees) you can make it almost as lean as chicken breast.
BTW ~ what's the general cost of chicken breast around the country? Here it goes for $4.29 ~ $4.99 / lb regularly, but when it's on sale it can be anywhere from $2.99 ~ $3.77 / lb Eggs are going anywhere from $1.38 ~ $1.78 / doz ::) Last year, this time ~ .99

Dude, what else are you going to eat that costs under 20 a day? Eat out once and youll spend close to that. Do the math and youll see, we spend a ton on food, so make it good food. 8)
