Anyone know of ACTUAL training splits that pros use? I am curious.
I remember in levrone's vid he does something "unusual". Like:
Delts
quads - hams evening
back biceps evening
chest and triceps
:)

ronnie changed his when mits came to town for 'redemption'.
-
I bet a lot of them do..to do something that looks good for the cameras.

Levrone is the man but why split a small body part from a larger one? I would never drive all the way to the gym just to train calves or bis alone.

he's a pro bodybuilder. He has a limo drive him to the gym, then it's off to Sparks for a steak, then maybe Cheetahs Gentlemans club for a little attention from the finer gender.

I am guessing it's so he can use greater intensity for the (smaller) muscle later.
Also...I am not sure if I remember the vid correctly. But I THINK so.

Some train heavy most train light but it all depends on the cycle and when the contest is.The Most Important thing to Remember is they all BULLSHIT.

Hey guys, training splits haven't changed that much in bbing in almost 40years. Not that difficult. And then some clown came to some rediculous conclusion thinking HIT actually worked in bodybuilding....asnine!

I really never understood why you would split it up,,,,
get dressed, drive to the gym, train back in the am, drive back home, shower, eat, etc,,,,
then get dressed again, drive BACK to the gym, just to do biceps, then drive home, eat, shower, etc....
what a waist of time, just do both at the same time....
already there, already dressed, already pumped up....
