Title: 1 gallon jugs of water, powerlifting belts, 5 layers of clothes and hoodies

What's with these skinny 100 pounders these days walking around the gym thinking they're Ronnie coleman.  There's this one dude that shows up to the gym at the same time I do.  I see him getting ready by putting on a wife beater, then a t-shirt, then a long sleeve shirt then a hoodie, he then heads to the weight room and then takes of his shirts layer by layer.  Not sure why he'd spend 20 minutes in the change room getting ready to head to the gym to them take off the 5 layers of clothes.

One other dude will strap on the 6 inch powerlifting belt and never take it off. He'll even do abs with the belt on, the go shoot hoops and still keep the belt on.  And I especially get a kick out of the guys with the hoodies or the ones that drink a gallon of water during their workouts.  I understand that you don't want to get dehydrated but downing a whole gallon of water in an hour is a little overkill.

For some, the manner of style you engage is more important than the actual result.
These odd customs are more religion than science LOL
