A lot. I am swimming 1000m 5 times a week after weight training.
This time, my aim is recuperating my lost musclemass WITHOUT FAT.
Moderate carbs,tons of proteins,tons of water.
That pic was only 78kg.
This is now and 84kg.
In autamn, i will be in 75kg category maybe. This time surely i try to be shredded to the bone.

Good choice.
I must say, however...that nearly everyone on this site misunderstands the correct meaning of 'symmetry'.
Symmetry=if you were to cut a person in half, from top of head to groin...both sides would be mirror images of each other, if they had perfect symmetry.
Proportion=Arms match calves, lower body balanced with upper body, etc.

In theory your right but in bodybuilding terms there is more to it, Nasser's left is the same as his right and he isn't under the classification of being symmetrical.

@Max and Brandon are what non-competitive bodybuilding should be all about and definitely how it was during the days of Steve Reeves.
There were many other greats who never received any publicity like Reeves did. Even he would have been an unknown entity outside of the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area if it weren't for the likes of Arti Zeller and Russ Warner and a couple of other great physique photographers in the 40's and the 50's.
Back then there were other similar young guys with great and non-assisted builds, but they never got the opportunity to stand in front of a physique photographer's lens, so they went unknown.
And more than likely, the pro bodybuilders of today would look somewhat similar to Max and Brandon if the roids hadn't entered the game in force during the early 60's.
Great job, Max and Brandon and Coach and Moose...... and to the few others who are the true bodybuilders on this Board.

Coach, I knew Joe Valdez well for many years and spent a bit of time with him before he passed away. He would always tell me that we'd have a great Mexican lunch someplace by the home, but that never happened because he wasn't feeling too well towards the end.

well, i gots me an interest in the study of races, cultures, etc. for example more people in scandnavia have blue eyes because it's easier for blue eyes to extact certain elements from the sun, for example vitamin d. you know people in those far northern countries don't have as much exposure to sunlight so they evolved this trait ;) and sub-saharan African women, namely black women, store more fat in their asses and less fat elsewhere because it's more economic for the body in very hot climates 8) if you stored fat evenly thoughout your body you would be burning up in very hot climates, but if you can place your fat in one place it's much easier to survive in such a hot fuckin climate ;D

Shot, I'm around 170cm tall...I'll never cock that up again...I attempted to competed in the IFBB Classic bodybuilding last year in Spain.
Either I measured my height wrong or their device was off ???..Which ever, but I was .2kg too heavy for my height and they disqualified me... which really sucked! Anyway They lumped all the guys who didn't make weight into a last minute "bodybuilding class" ... I ended up 4th, not bad.
The drug testing was quite funny ...they had the top 4 (me and 3 Egyptians) in a room and we all had to take a ball out of the bag, if you picked a white ball you where tested (Urine only) ...Any way the one Egyptian dude picked a white ball and he started waving his hand in the air, praying and cursing in Egyptian, while all his buddies consoled and patting him on the back ;D it was pretty funny!
