I didn't realize the extent to which I've been ingesting sources of antioxidants.
The morning whey shake gets blended with blueberries. Then, arriving at work, I brew a cup of tea with three bags, white, green and oolong. The green tea is from Salada and is fortified with one of three groupings of antioxidants which I alternate between: (1) Purple Antioxidants (grape skins and Roobious), (2) Red Antioxidants (lycopene, roobios and hibiscus) and (3) "Original" Antioxidants (vitamin C, A, E and siberian ginseng). The white tea I am using is also fortified with blueberry and pomegranite. Then there are two separate doses of green tea capusles (3,000 mg each) and also a cup of the dakest coffee possible. In addition, my first quart of water of the day I add Zingers. a blueberry/green tea drink mix. Also ginseng in capsule form and liquid extract form (panax red).
If there is any truth to the benefits of antioxidants, I'm not doing too bad.

You forgot to mention beta carotene, lutein, lycopene, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E which I know you also have in your diet ;D

watch out for overloading your body with anti oxidants especially a particular type. anti can easily become pro oxidant, especially in disease states.

I believe that hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, high cholesterol and prostate issues and even aging are all conditions that can affect the balance...

anti oxidants, well some, go through redox cycling which is multiple bouts of oxidation and reduction thus becoming pro oxidants through the fenton reaction. When that happens your creating more free radicals and dong harm. disease states like asthma for example creation hypoventilation and increase in oxidation along with other diseases. I would say all diseases change the REDOX reactions in your body. Just stay in a safe limit and dont go crazy.

Doesn't look excessive tho Midnite. You're getting your antiox from food sources not pills, with the exception of the green tea pills. As a rule, it's hard to overdose on something without taking pills.
I have to question your caffeine intake tho bro, between the tea, coffee, and green tea pills. Excess caffeine will raise cortisol and finally lead to exhaustion, so please take care.
Also, no red wine at night? If I'm having a no carb meal I'll have a glass, although I admit I'm not motivated purely by the antiox benefits of reservatrol. ;D

No red wine for me. Addictive personality (former substance abuse issue). Good point on the caffeine,
