Title: Joint pain
Post by: smoothasf on May 21, 2008, 06:35:43 AM
i've started training MMA for the last few weeks, after 5 years since doing any competitive grappling, i was shocked at how good i still was and after a few months of getting back into it i intend to fight.
Problem is i get the most incredible joint pains in my shoulder sockets and elbows after an hour of training, by the end i cant straighten or lift my arms above horizontal for about 4 hours.  I train 3 times a week and just put up with it.  Have no idea what it is..... strain on ligaments? arthritis? tren drying my joints lol?
I really want to get rid of this as i can train much harder and really push if this wasnt burdoning me.

Opinions please

Take some IB Profen's before you go in and ice and heat when you get home.. I have never been one for drugs... If you buy some icy hot and use that hopefully your ligaments or tendons will get back to normal after a few weeks of training and natural treatment... You might look into some joint pills to, not my way of doing things but it might work?

GLC 5000 or GLC 2000.  The absolute best joint stuff around.  A lot of fighters take this.  Go to www.glcdirect.com (http://www.glcdirect.com)
