7) soleus/gastrocnemius
8) lat insertions
9) obliques
10) serratus

Spending all day in Hollywood will make Santa want to eat babies. That place is such a fucking shit hole. Godamn trannie hookers running around in full beards and you fall over the fucking bumbs every 2 feet down Sunset. haha. honestly i have very little decision in where i go. i got here because my stepdad, being active-duty USMC, got a cottage right on the beach for $75 a night. so i tagged along for the week and basically go where the fam goes.
i was going to meet up with Alex A and chaos for a workout last saturday but the logistics of getting me off the base (camp pendleton) are just ridiculous. i'll have to try again in the next year and swing down on my own as a civilian. felt like i'd pulled a squadfather by ducking out after really being stoked for the event. it'll happen though, oh yes. i gotta show these SoCal fairies how we do it in the appalachians!! ;D
