lol...i dunno what he ws expecting...i'm pretty skinnish also so i cant really comment on him being small or big but i just thought it ws funny...
he seems really really serious about the whole ordeal also...
guess it better than that dumbell press while leg pressing guy :-\

n o..there ws this asian guy with a serious case of ILS that'd do a set of squats a good 6 to 7 feet of out the rack ??? then wobble walk the bar back n then walk like really fast speed walk to the water fountain...he almost collided with me a few times when i ws at the fountain... :-\
again i ws fascinated..
i'm usually at the gym by 6:30pm..yesterday i went at 8 pm....i'm gonna start going later more often ;D

Seems like a pretty good movement if you're not into the whole 8 reps pause for 5 mins, check your text messages, chug from your gallon of water set.

Doing the Men's Health 10 Minute Workout Blitz guaranteed to add 10lbs of muscle in 6 weeks. After that cardio for like an hour and wonder why they're still skinny fat. ;D

Gavin, don't forget who you're trying to explain to on this board. Most here don't know what multi-joint training is let alone GPP or motor unit recruitment!
