I believe the supplements his dad was giving him were not exactly "legal"...

obviously that is a stellar physique for a 6 year old, regardless of diet and trianing. BUT

at that age that body is soooo jacked full of growth hormone, and is sooooo super sensitive to androgens... with a proper diet and high protein and hard training i would expect the kid to be in great shape.

Sounds like you're blaming him :-\ It's not his fault. He was a kid and his dad was putting shit in his food. His mother didn't even know what his dad was feeding him. That's the story anyway, whether it's true or not is another case
