So I was at the health store getting some my 'isopure' on....as I was leaving there was a basket with free supplements .... Which one should I try first getbig broskies ??

The supplement industry is like all the others. I can't believe the amount of crap they try to sell you. All you need is a good whey protein (unless you can eat 4-5 times a day chicken or fish wihtout getting bored) , multi-vitamins and minerals... and that's about it.

you don't need that much protein unless you are juicing, and even then probably not.
you have already realized that most of the supps are BS, don't cling to the high protein nonsense.

I don't really cling to the high-protein theory. I generally keep it around 1,5g/1,6 par kilo of bodyweight. I just prefer to dispatch the intake in 6 meals with portions of 25g of protein, two of them beeing protein powder. That's about it.
