I very rarely address female BBing.  But honestly, clips like that make it look like a freakshow, or a terrible-acting C-list showtime porn movie.  I'm sure there is some artistic angle to it which might sell better than "slow-mo fake BDSM strangling of man in middle of road".

Goddesses, amzing, better than regular actors I cannot say.  It could only get better if Rip was playing Sara Jessica Parker, now that would be truly amazing !  :D

The writing wasn't perfect, but the execution (of what they were given to work with) was pretty solid. 

I didn't like Lena in the wig, however - change her character's hair to dark. 

The production values were exceptional, even if the sketches do need a boost.  I'd like to see slightly longer, slightly funnier episodes from now on and I believe the world would tune in to watch.  We love our YouTube!
