palumbo is an ex convict, an idiot, why do you even follow him? He looks like a tranny with his "special" keto diets.

I'm not that familiar with the details of his diet....but the results speak for themselves. If his clients do well, thats all that matters. People can dispute training techniques, diets, etc all day long...at the end of the day, all that matters is "did it work"?

Very true. Bottom line is contest day and not so much did the person win, but was he at his best. There are many ways to get lean, but not a lot of people know how to peak someone for a show which has a lot more to do with knowing other things besides basic fatloss. BTW, I have used the zero and low carb diet successfully on many people, but you better know what you are doing or a person can end up not getting rid of that last little bit of fat. There is also nothign wrong with eating carbs, have used a relativley high carb diet also for contest prep.

a friend of mine is training for a show and as been on a keto diet since about 8 weeks now.
He really looks the worst he ever looked (in precontest), flat as the day is long and he look smaller then ever even if he is heavier.
I hope he will be able to carbup properly for his show

If not, then he can go much longer ;)
