If u aint got the genetics for good "MUSCLE SHAPE" then GET OFF STAGE!!!!! It is physiques like these that are turning pro bodybuilding into a joke. Fans shouldn't even have to witness these idiots on stage. No amount of drugs can chagne poor structure/shape.

Palumbo looked good at one stage, and king in 2001 was actually really good. Just seems like time caught up with them, and their physiques went downhill rather quickly.

What webcke said. At one point, I think Palumbo could have broken into the pro ranks, and at one point King was definitely a viable pro and a perennial Olympia contestant in my book. Unfortunately he ruined that, although I'm not certain of exactly the cause. It's unfortunate given that King is only 36.

Sure you need great structure (Wide clavicles, small wist)
However yea i'm talking about muslce SHAPE. eg : no quad sweep, no roundness to the muscle, no shape to the arms etc
