You're assuming he hasn't seriously tried everything to grow as big as possible. What you see is probably a couple of decades of dedicated juicing. He's most likely not going to grow much more whatever he does pharmaceutical wise. This is not a flame on Arvilla.

No. I have an auto-immune disease called Sarcoidosis. Has nothing to do with competing. If anything, my doctors told me that it's my bodybuilding lifestyle that is giving me a better chance of beating my condition (not smoking or drinking, eating clean, exercising and weight training). :)
