I upped my cardio by one half hour, added soke leg exercises today.
After starting nutrition and limited exercise 11 days ago...I am already starting to feel my waist tighten!
How about you?

Had a nap. Cant do much calves are fucked, trained them too hard and cant walk or put foot and heel down

Yes...but that is an awesome feeling...one that I'd like to revisit eventually.

yea ive only really sstarted training my calves. Stupidiy made me go too hard at the start tho i have learned just did a little too much by accident.
This routinelasts maybe 4minutes though people who managed to do it couldnt work for a few days they could not walk.

prepare to laugh.
standing calve raise machine. Put on 50lbs and do 30reps full ROM down and up squeeze for a half second at the top. Immediately followed by 30 reps on a block or the machine with no weight full ROM quick squeeze at top. Then 30reps standing on teh floor with no weight and a squeeze at the top.
Repeat this 3 times immediately after each other withh full ROM. iereally stretch at bottom. You will be fucked. Any takers?
so 270 reps straight after each other

Goudy...believe me...there will be all kinds of power men here chiming in how that is a pussy weight and all that shite....but I bet most would not be able to do that.
Work your tibialis anterior muscles (on the front of shim) by putting your heels on the edge of a stair step...lift your toes up as high as possible(while stabilizing upper body/balance so you don't fall)...hold for a count of 5....point toes as far down as possible.
Most would be toast after three sets.

I'd say almost NOBODY does it...I think I learned it from Chris Dickerson many many years ago...same year he won the Olympia....it hurts like you are on fire...I confess I'd avoid doing 'em most of the time!

I studied some clinical skills and took a day off training for my back injury to recover more :)

I am bit sick with my nasal clogged and a slight fever, but I worked legs and it went better than I thought it would.. Just did squats and was too out of gas to even do hamstrings. :(

It is true that oftentimes, when you are feeling shitty...you may have a great workout.
Inverse is true...sometimes you can be anticipateing what you will hope will be a great workout...and it turns out to be crappy

i dont know, my legs hurt alot, specially my knees.. i did legs yesterday and i think i everdid it... they hurt when i go up stairs or just bend the knee... shit... :'( not an improvement :P

about gh, i have been taking itfor 2 months, i havent really noticed enything but the fact that it keeps my bf low, no strict diet!

no... im starting to import cars from europe and miami to paraguay... great profit.. i would love to have my gym in the future, but my dad told me to start my biz and that he would give me money to start of, and the best thing i think is to sell cars here. Not much experience needed and i get a different rice every day!

i actually thought of the gym biz, but with car i have a great profint and i dont have to hworry about the gym the whole fucking day... with the cars i need a good place on a good street(200 dolars a month) 1 or 2 guys washing the cars and basically being there the whole day(200 each) alarm system for the night(80) adds in the papers for the weekends(20 per weekend)... so its all good.. :) with selling one car i can "survive" for a year and still make money.. 8)

No...the car thing sounds good for now...I was just saying that gyms are a very rough business...statistically only about one in 10 make it to where it is worthwhile to have one...P-Fitness model is a cash producer...although I think they will prove phasic and be done in maybe 5 years.
Remember, in the US, anyway, only 10% of small businesses make enough money for running them to be worth it-monetarily speaking

yeah.. here there are gyms as there are trees around.. there is a fucking gym everywhere and they charge from 4 dolars a month to 30(the most expensive ones...)
but if i do good in life i would love to have one, just to have it... i dont know if you get it.. it would be like a hobby for me

No...I understand....please always only do things you enjoy....you will work hard, kick up a ton of dust, and, at the end of the month, you will be pleased to see that when the dust settles...there will be a pile of cash left for you and your efforts!
