I just hit 360 and was feeling good and then I come across this shit...

Great spotter ::)

calling bs.
He isn't 14 - or it isn't 435.

Yeh, he looks closer to 40 than 14. (Bit of an exaggeratio, but you know what I mean! :D )
-
Agree - bs.
Only teenwolf would have been this strong.
-
-
If the other side was fake and he tried to bench that would be funny ;D
-
Some strong kids to be sure!

Barrack Obama hidden tape. Sick!
-
Hmmm... something's fishy here. If that's real then he's the strongest kid ever.

i dont see nothing fishy. Since i see some strong skinny guy and big muscular weak guy.
Sometime I think the strong is not 100%= musclemass.

But Kyomu, it's a 14 year old kid apparently benching 435lb. That's a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD KID BENCHING FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE POUNDS ;D Bearing in mind he threw it up reasonably easily, his actual max bench is higher than 435. Also, if he had arms that were a 6 inches long, a huge chest and triceps and was wearing a shirt I'd maybe give him the benefit of the doubt. But he doesn't and he's lifting raw. lol

your 1005 right dude.. look at the average powerlifter... even the fat ones dont have the kind of muscle mass underneath their adipose that bodybuilders have.. strength does not = size.. no way shape or form
-
There was a legit 410 by a 15 year old guy who was around 300 pounds at an ipf meet.

That's not the point. We all know that. But this is a 14 year old kid.

Again, you can't always tell by size how strong someone is but this kid is 14 freaking years old!!! That's insane!

Was it a shirt bench?

IPF is usually equipped I think. If not always

Yup though some countries don't allow shirts on kids this young.

Really? They have an age limit on some equipped lifting? Why? Safety or something?

Ah. I was talking about second video.
As for first one, 14 is fishy. He doesnt look like.

Sorry bro, but I've seen pics of you and you don't look like you could take 260 for a ride, let alone 360.
-
This kids tendons and ligaments would never be strong enough to do that at his age if it was legit.
Besides,it would take years to get up to 435 if one had the genetics to do it in the first place.............when did he start training when he was two years old?
I call bullshit bigtime.
-
BTW, am I the only one that thinks those are awfully small to be 45s ??? Of course plates don't all come in exactly the same size, but those look a bit small.
-
I noticed that too.
-

I think it has to do with safety concerns. The joints can take a beating if you throw a Katana shirt or some other tight shirt on a kid without much base strength.
-
explanation=must be a 'falcon'

I agree. 435 lbs at age 14 is not physically possible, at least not for Humans. Now if we're talking about 14 year old gorillas, now that's a different story.

It says he did more in an official meet here..... aged 14 :-\

Didn't hear the Clap at the base of that lift, and why no 3 white lights to prove it was done.
-

I've put on about 30 pounds since my cross dressing days in Europe last year.
I've always had a pretty decent bench and I'm hoping to hit 405 before the end of the year....
-
I just hired a a kid that is going to work for me in the summers at my store. He did 425 when he was 15...485 at 16. At 19 he pressed 605. Now this kid is just one WEIRD loooking dude. He has a HUGE melon head and his joints just look like they can move some serious damn weight. His father is 48 and pressed 440 last year. Before you guys call BS he held the United States record for a few years...
Josh Ward is his name. Now Josh is 6'1" weighs 272 right now he has been as high as 295 before.

Try warm up then 3x8 at 300,2x6 at 330,2x4 at 340,2x2 at 365 and finish with 3x8 at 310 in two months you should get your 405.

2 months :o
That looks like a fairly solid routine.... but 2 months :o I'm natural so mite take a bit longer :(
-
It will work it could take longer but not much.Do this once a week and on other chest days do a normal workout.Try and once it works you can adjust the weights and keep going up.
-
???
-
that kid is probably on steroids of some sort, thats alot of power out put for his little body, something doesnt add up. hell if he can bench that much he must be able to jump high as hell too since hes so small, the weights must be fake
-
It's simple check legit age Records in world Power lifting records will have best lift done by 14 year old male and weight class.

I read through all of the youtube comments for that vid... someone claimed to know him and said he used to be real skinny so he gets prescribed HGH... could be bullshit, but the kid has to be on something... supposedly runs the 40 in 4.7 as well.

Ah ok, cool. Best of luck with the big 4-0-0
-
435 - including those weights under his feet , which btw look much bigger than those on the actual bar ::)
-
There are Freaks when i first joined Highschool at 13 there was a Italian kid over 6ft at about 250 by the time he was 16 he was 6,6 close to 300 pounds.

Let me guess, in the gyms you've trained at this poundage done by 14 year olds is commonplace. ::)
-
I have no idea if this is legit. The kid really wasnt very big, maybe hes just a freak. The plates under his heels are bumper plates, those used by olympic lifters. It looks real, pretty amazing if its true.435 with no shirt at that bodyweight is very strong at any age.
-
The world has over 6 billion people and you guys don't think there is a 14 year old that can bench 435. It can be done. It think the video is real. This is probably the type of guy that only does benches, maybe 3-4 times per week. When I satarted working out all I did was benches and deadlifts. I remember in grade 8 some skinny black kid jumped 190 cm smashed the record by over 25 cm in the high jump. Freaky people come out every now and then.
-

Yeh i bet every 10 year old at your gym can do that!? ::)
