Im training a girl thats 38 and has never done any drugs. What would be a good start for here first time. She going to do a show this year and shes 5ft 9 135 now we need to burn some fat and add some muscle. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

You shouldn't put her on anything IMHO.
Let her do the research and make an, hopefully, informed decision.

Van has a good point, but if you and HER decide to turn to the "darkside"
i think the best options would be: clenbuterol/albuterol, anavar/winstrol/primobolan. Those are the drugs that most women athletes use.

99% of female juicers were "put" on their first cycle by a boyfriend :D And a lot of the times he was a moron or just didn't give a fuck :D

I have too say I agree with this. Send her over to xtraaal.com, there are a few female bb'ers over their and she could begin research on her own. Let her make the decision on her own as there are a lot of unwanted sides that can occur with females using hormones.

Thanks guys for all the help! she said that she was going to take something if she is I want her to take the right thing.

if she is bound and determined to take something, put her on anavar and clen.
that should get her where she needs to be.
this is her first, so you don't need anything extravagant.

Oops the site is xtraxxl.com my mistake. She will get good info there. She needs to do the research for herself as it is her body and she needs to have first hand knowledge on side effects and what to expect. Tell her she is on her own if she does not do the research for herself. You don't want to be the responsible party if things go wrong. Hormones can cause a variety of problems in females. Anything from mental problems, MPB, and enlarged clitoris. I am not against females using hormones by any means, but she needs to be educated and ready.

Actually talking to female juicers IRL is good idea as well IMO. The problem with the internet is that a female may swear she isn't virilized in the least but most would disagree upon seeing/hearing her.

Apperantly everyone here has some moral issues with your situation, I don't blame them, however if you insist I would recommand 2 shots of primobolan a week at 50 mg and 10 mg of anavar per day. Make sure she trains with compound movements and keep her weights fairly heavy, increase her protein and lay off cardio until she starts a dieting; assuming you have time to put 4-6 weeks of building muscle before dieting. This would be your best scenerio.

i would suggest that her first show be natural, actually first two. see what her body does with food and hard training first.

...and then?

read, read, read, read, and read some more. Go to a couple of bigger shows and look, really look at the women who compete and notice the differences that you see and determine whether you want to risk the changes...because there will be some depending on your body and what you use. then consider the legal risks...
