He was just lulling that guy into a false sense of security by dancing with him. The video had it run just 10 seconds longer would have shown the guys stomach disembowled and Chuck nonchalantly eating chicken from a bowl that is really the guys head.

Apparently he does this to all men who display bouts of faggotry.
